Pre-Treatment
In this stage added oil,wax and natural impurities are removed by applying Scouring and bleaching process.After Pre-Treatment fabric is ready for Dyeing.
Dyeing
The most commonly used process for imparting the colour to the Textile substrate is Piece Dyeing and Yarn dyeing. RMCPL supports to achieve best level dyeing and washing-off product as polymeric dispersion and Dye-bath conditioner.
Fixation
After dyeing process, fabric has unfixed dyestuff on the surface and if it becomes final goods, it causes color migration when it is wet or during washing. Fixing agent is to be applied to dyed fabric to fix the unfixed dyestuff on fabric. It improves wet color fastness and fabric quality.
Printing
To Print design by using colours on Substrate. RMCPL has very cost effective solution Pigment and Reactive printing. Our reactive thickeners are pure synthetics and replaces conventional Sodium Alginate process at minimal dosage of printable viscosity.
Garment Processing
Crease inhibitor and improve runnability of the fabric and garment during Pre-treatment and dyeing.
